I ordered a left airpod to replace an original one that I accidentally crashed.
The order process and logistics were smooth, and I received the item as expected.
The airpod was in super good condition, and came in a protective package.
I started to use it, and it was working fine, 99% of the time. I realized that I was having problems when running with the airpods, as connection was randomly challenged, and I would almost loose connection every other minute.
This I recognize is a an edge case, but what totally amazed me was the response from customer support. They provided several options, amongst which a full refund , with no additional checks. The service simply relied on my explanation of the issue, and acknowledged that it was probably linked to the Bluetooth connection.
So again, very god purchasing experience, optimal product (except for the unexpected misfunction on the edge case), and superb response from Support.
