I ordered a left airpod to replace an original one that I accidentally crashed.
The order process and logistics were smooth, and I received the item as expected.
The airpod was in super good condition, and came in a protective package.
I started to use it, and it was working fine, 99% of the time. I realized that I was having problems when running with the airpods, as connection was randomly challenged, and I would almost loose connection every other minute.
This I recognize is a an edge case, but what totally amazed me was the response from customer support. They provided several options, amongst which a full refund , with no additional checks. The service simply relied on my explanation of the issue, and acknowledged that it was probably linked to the Bluetooth connection.
So again, very god purchasing experience, optimal product (except for the unexpected misfunction on the edge case), and superb response from Support.
Everything is fine, delivery, payment, quality of device. I'm satisfied and recommend to the others

The AirPods I was using before kept running out of juice, so I was thinking about buying new ones. I found out about the Repods service through a friend. The price was reasonable and I could use them like new, so I got them refurbished and it was great!!
I used the Repods swap service because the battery on one side of it discharged quickly. Exchanged it for a good product! I was wondering if I have to buy a new AirPods. I am very satisfied with the service and quality at a much lower price.
One of the AirPods I ordered arrived safely. My order status was "not in the process", so I inquired via Chat to find out the status of my order. I was reassured by the kind guidance I received. The order status still showed "not in the process", but I received it the next day. I am currently using it well. It's great to hear from both sides what I used to hear only one side. It works well and I like it because it's clean. If the condition of the other side doesn't improve, I'll order it again. Keep the great service for a long time!
