I ordered a left airpod to replace an original one that I accidentally crashed.
The order process and logistics were smooth, and I received the item as expected.
The airpod was in super good condition, and came in a protective package.
I started to use it, and it was working fine, 99% of the time. I realized that I was having problems when running with the airpods, as connection was randomly challenged, and I would almost loose connection every other minute.
This I recognize is a an edge case, but what totally amazed me was the response from customer support. They provided several options, amongst which a full refund , with no additional checks. The service simply relied on my explanation of the issue, and acknowledged that it was probably linked to the Bluetooth connection.
So again, very god purchasing experience, optimal product (except for the unexpected misfunction on the edge case), and superb response from Support.

I used it for a week and have no problem so far. I think I have to use it for a while and check to see if there are any problems. Hope there is no problem. After I have used it for a while, I would like to recommend it to my girlfriend.
I used AirPods for a while, but pairing on the left side didn't work well and the battery drained quickly. I was concerned about purchasing a new AirPods. Then, I found out about Repods Service and replaced an order for the left side. I was very satisfied.
I was worried because it was my first time getting refurbished AirPods. They explained things that I had to know very thoroughly and responded kindly through the Chat! The refurbished product was really clean and almost like new. I highly recommend it to those who are thinking about refurbished AirPods.
