The table below is the criterion for judging the battery performance of the REPODS.

About 80% or more of the AirPod disconnection is related to poor battery performance. If you want to know if it is another chip problem, you can test it in the following way.

Step 1 - Insert your AirPods into the charging case. The lid must be open.

Step 2 - Settings > Bluetooth > Click the blue ⓘ button next to AirPods.

Step 3 - Turn off “Automatically detect wearing”.

Step 4 - Play your phone or music. If the disconnection occurs, it can be regarded as a chip problem other than the battery problem, and if the disconnection does not occur,

This is a phenomenon that occurs when the power supply is not smooth in a wireless state due to deterioration of battery performance.

Different generations of AirPods are not compatible.

If you purchase one, you must use the same generation as the one you are currently using.

You can gauge the status of the AirPods by the LED light on the AirPods case. Please refer to the following table.

If the orange light comes on steadily AirPods Status: Normal Charging
If the orange light flashes AirPods Status: Normal In this case, the right or left side is not connected. Press the center or back button of the charging case for 15 to 30 seconds.
Blinking white light AirPods Status: Normal AirPods are pairing. Place the AirPods near your iPhone or smartphone.
Flashing Green AirPods Status: Abnormal This is when the AirPods are not normal. In this case, replacing the battery alone is not enough to fix the AirPods. I need to replace my AirPods with refurbished or new ones.
If the white light comes on steadily AirPods Status: Abnormal This is an error whose exact cause is unknown. It is difficult to improve the condition by simply replacing the battery. Buy refurbished AirPods or new ones.

This phenomenon occurs when the firmware of the existing AirPods and the newly purchased AirPods are different.

This is a pairing guide if only one side is replaced or if only one side is not heard.

After you receive your replacement, follow these steps to reset your AirPods.

1. Settings > Bluetooth > Delete previously connected AirPods and turn off Bluetooth for a while.

2. Put both AirPods units into the charging case.

3. Open the lid and check the LED lights on the case. It just flashes orange.

4. Press and hold the button on the front or back of the case for a few seconds (15-30 seconds). The LED status light should blink white.

5. Go to the home screen on your iPhone.

6. Open the case with the AirPods inside and place them next to your iPhone. An installation animation will appear on your iPhone.

7. Tap Connect, then tap Done.

* If the status light is still flashing orange, connect the case to power, close the lid, and wait 20 minutes.

After that, open the lid and press the setting button again for a few seconds until the status light flashes white.

If it still doesn't work, please contact REPODS or Apple's official service center to get it resolved.

The 1st generation case (body) is compatible with AirPods 1st and 2nd generation units.

However, it is impossible to use both Gen 1 and Gen 2 at the same time.

In addition, since the case can be used about 3 times more than the AirPods unit, if you are using the existing 1st generation case (body) and upgrade the unit to the 2nd generation

You can continue to use the 1st generation case.

The case has about three times the lifespan of the AirPods unit.

This is because when the case is fully charged, it can charge the AirPods unit about 3 to 5 times.

We recommend that you continue to use your existing case, except for cases where you lose your case and upgrade from 1st & 2nd generation to Pro.
